The same feature costs different amounts depending on what it has to touch. These are the factors that actually shift a quote, so you can place yourself in the range before we talk.
Integrations
One system with a clean API is cheap. Four systems, one of which is a legacy database with no documentation, is not.
Self-hosted inference
Running the model on infrastructure you control, so data never reaches a third-party API, is priced separately and sits at the top of the production range.
Data condition
Clean structured records are quick. Scanned PDFs needing OCR, or records spread across spreadsheets and inboxes, add real work.
Approval complexity
One approver is simple. Role-based approvals with escalation paths and an audit trail is a feature in its own right.
