For US engagements that usually means starting early or finishing late on our side, set once at kickoff around your team's calendar rather than ours.
Outside the overlap, the work stays inspectable without a call: written status on what moved and what is blocked, and a recorded walkthrough when something is ready to look at. The aim is that a 12-hour gap costs you a day of waiting, not a week.

Where documents or records cannot leave your environment, the model runs on infrastructure you control rather than a third-party API. It costs more than a hosted endpoint and we price it separately — but it is a real option, not a maybe.
