For UAE companies

One and a half hours behind you. Not twelve.

Most offshore AI work reaches Dubai from a timezone where the working day has already ended. India is 1.5 hours behind the UAE, which makes this a same-day working relationship rather than an overnight queue.

Proximity

Same working day, no night shifts.

A question asked at 11am in Dubai gets worked on that morning, not the next one. Calls land inside normal hours for both sides, which means fewer scheduled check-ins and more decisions made when they come up.

It also changes how a pilot runs. When feedback and a fix can happen in the same afternoon, a two-week prototype genuinely takes two weeks — rather than stretching because every round trip costs a day.

We shift the working window per project, so if a team runs Sunday to Thursday, that is the week we work to.

Data residency

Self-hosted inference where the data cannot leave.

For regulated document sets, the model runs on infrastructure you control instead of a third-party API, so records are never sent outside your environment. Relevant for PDPL-sensitive material and for anything a security review will look at closely.

Arabic

Scoped and tested, not assumed.

The models we work with support Arabic at model level, but we have not yet validated Gulf Arabic on a production workload — so we will not claim it as a proven strength.

What we do instead: where Arabic matters, accuracy testing on your own phrasing and vocabulary becomes an explicit deliverable at the start of the pilot, with an English fallback path and a human approval step on anything a customer sees.

That way the language question is answered with your data in the first two weeks, rather than discovered late. If the accuracy is not good enough for the use case, you find out cheaply.

How an engagement runs

Written scope, milestone billing.

An advance up front, the remainder against milestones, collected through Wise or Payoneer. Invoiced in AED or USD.

  1. 1
    NDA if you want one

Signed before detailed scoping — yours or ours, whichever is easier.

  2. 2
    Written scope per project

Deliverables, timeline and what is explicitly out of scope, agreed before any build work starts.

  3. 3
    Advance, then milestones

Part up front, the remainder against milestones you can inspect. No open hourly meter.

  4. 4
    Handover, then we step back

Code, exports, credentials and documentation transfer to you with a walkthrough, and we remove our own access. Two weeks of fixes are included.

Before you commit

The builds are documented.

Seven systems with architecture, the reasoning behind each decision, and the parts we would do differently.

Start with case studies — including a document assistant where every answer resolves to a highlighted page — or the working notes under insights.

Next step

Send one workflow that keeps leaking time or visibility.

You will get an honest read on whether it needs an audit, a prototype, or a production build — and whether it needs AI at all.
